Spread beauty and calm with Vermont lavender and cut flowers

Plants help us connect with the best version of ourselves

Being around plants, especially flowers, can soften your worries and transport you into a flow-like state.

We find that farming helps us slow down and appreciate the natural beauty all around us.

Having fresh flowers in your home can have the same effect. Research has found a compound present in lavender can lessen anxiety and help you relax.

In this chaotic world, flowers give us a chance to spread more acts of kindness.
